Goat's milk has long been coveted as in important ingredient in skin care. Known for its gentleness, goats milk powder is a wonderful emollient that helps protect the skins barrier whilst encouraging the growth of normal skin flora.
This beautiful goats milk bath soak makes the perfect addition to a nice, hot bath or the perfect present to give as a gift.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup Epsom Salts
1 cup Goats milk powder
3 drops Rose Geranium Essential Oil
3 tbs Dried Rose petals and rose buds
salt jar or other container.
Directions:
1. Weigh out your dry ingredients into a clean sterilized bowl, and stir gently with a spoon until well combined.
2. Add 3-5 drops of Rose Geranium essential oil and stir well gently.
3. Add your dried flowers and mix gently until just combined
4. Transfer your mix to your salt jar and lid.
Alternative:Change up your salts by adding different essential oils and botanicals. Try soothing lavender or uplifting orange.
Note:Products containing goat's milk may not be suitable for those with inflammatory skin conditions.
