Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping is calculated automatically on the website once you register your details and add items to your cart.  Proceed through the checkout process to view your shipping charge.  You can return to shopping at any stage, cancel the order or proceed to checkout.  Please note, we do not set the freight charges.  Freight is calculated directly through Startrack, Australia Post and Aramex through a website API.  We do not offer delivery lead times.  Delivery can take anything from 24 hours to 10 days depending where the delivery address is situated. 

To help you track your delivery, we recommend that you download the Australia Post Tracking App to your phone as this will offer real-time notifications to assist you.  Tracking information will be sent to you by email by Aussie Candle Supplies once your order has been dispatched should you choose not to download the Australia Post Tracking App.  

Aussie Candle Supplies offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia and the world, using Startrack (Road Express in Australia - this is not the EXPRESS service) Aramex & Australia Post is an option for parcel lockers and PO Boxes.  A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one is home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.

Some products are not air safe and so an express option is not always available.

You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If goods cannot be left they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations please be aware that PO BOX deliveries can only be up to the total weight of 20kg.  Wax at 22.6kg can not be taken to a Parcel Locker or PO Box. 

All items purchased from Aussie Candle Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment (estimation), this can be up to 15 days in peak times of the year - Christmas for example). If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot do anything about non-delivery of orders past 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

Aussie Candles does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Startrack,  Aramex and Australia Post.   We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge as well as any other associated costs charged by the courier.

International Orders

Please note we cannot send cartons of wax or glassware internationally that is over 20kgs.  We do not accept ANY responsibility for orders that are deemed 'lost in transit' via an international carrier.  By placing your order you are in acceptance of these terms and conditions.
