Contact your health care professional if you are pregnant before using any fragrances or essential oils or any product on this website. It is the responsibility of the customer to research thoroughly any product bought intended for topical use and possible side effects or allergic reactions any products might cause. All products, fragrances and oils may cause reactions in some people.  

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping is calculated automatically on the website once you register your details and add items to your cart. Proceed through the checkout process to view your shipping charge. You can return to shopping at any stage, cancel the order or proceed to checkout. Please note, we do not set the freight charges.  Freight is calculated directly through Startrack and AustPost through a website API.

Aussie Candle Supplies offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia using Startrack and Australia Post.   A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one is home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.

We ship internationally to all parts of the world. When you place your order on the website a freight price will be calculated. We will respond to you via email to confirm your order and whether you wish to proceed.

You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations we can not ask Startrack to deliver your order to a PO BOX, if you would like to use a PO Box then please choose Australia Post at checkout as the delivery option.

All items purchased from Aussie Candle Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment. Aussie Candles does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Startrack & Australia Post and also Aramex for local Perth deliveries. We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

Returns & Replacements:

All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Aussie Candle Supplies. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Aussie Candle Supplies to discuss the matter. We do not refund or accept returns on fragrances, essential oils, carrier oils, salts or butters due to change of mind.

In the case of breakages we do not resend items however a credit will be applied to your online account that you can deduct from your next order. This is at the sole discretion of Aussie Candle Supplies. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Aussie Candles within 3 days of receipt of goods. Aussie Candles will credit the cost of the damaged goods partially or fully, however we do not refund shipping costs. On occasions fragrances, oils or salts, wax etc might arrive damaged.  If a very small amount of product is lost we will credit the estimated  difference of what was lost. If a significant amount of product is lost we will discuss the best course of action with the customer.

If you wish to return any items please contact Aussie Candles Supplies first. Goods that are damaged or broken on return you will be charged for. Aussie Candle Supplies will credit for damages sustained through transport with their chosen carrier Startrack Express. If you choose to use your own carrier we will not accept responsibility for damages. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in full, unopened and unused.

Please check all orders once you have taken delivery of them. If you notice any discrepancies please contact admin at Aussie Candle Supplies. Please note there is a two month time frame that is considered reasonable and just for reporting any discrepancies in an order. Aussie Candle Supplies sells all products under the recognition that once they are used for the purpose of purchase we are no longer held responsible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe use.

All goods are sold on an as-is basis and Aussie Candle Supplies does not make any guarantees or warranties on their quality. Although we will always try to represent our products true to their form, pictures, descriptions and titles of products on the website cannot reflect truly the quality or colour or size of the goods due to each piece being individual and many hand made. Products, including wax, fragrances and essential oils, will vary in nature and colour from shipment to shipment. Products may also differ from their photo on the website.  All names and descriptions are given as approximates only and may vary according to each product in exact size and nature.  All products, from early 2019, will start to have QR code stickers attached to either their packaging or in a discreet hidden part of the product that is used for internal scanning purposes.  Where possible we will put these removable stickers on external packaging however where this is not possible the sticker will be placed underneath or on the bottom of the product.  If you do not wish to on-sell our products with this internal QR code it is your responsibility to remove this sticker.

All soy wax may contain black sediment bits throughout on occasions due to the manufacturing process.  Boxes of wax may also 'sweat' and contain small amounts of moisture due to the process of manufacturing and during transportation.  This does not render the product defective. This is clearly stated on the website before purchase.

If you decide to cancel your order because you cannot add to it and you have paid via credit card, paypal or afterpay you will incur a $10.00 admin fee to process and reverse this transaction.

Ordering & Pricing:

The products items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you. All orders MUST be placed online. Our showroom holds limited stock and does not carry bulk goods.

Please check all orders carefully before submitting as we are unable to add or combine orders once placed.

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@aussiecandlesupplies.com.au . If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty.  If cancellations become above and beyond what is deemed fair and reasonable you will incur a restocking fee of 20% of your order total.

If the order has been shipped, you will incur the cost of returning the goods. You may incur a restocking fee of 20% of your order total if you cancel an order that has already been processed.

The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.


Aussie Candle Supplies accepts most major credit cards through our online shopping cart using ANZ egateway. This is a bank hosted payment page and the most secure way of using your credit card online. Payment can also be made via Paypal which is a highly secure site verified with Veri Sign. Alternatively you can direct deposit, pay by cheque or money order. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Once you have placed the order and clicked the submit button you are under contract to purchase the order. If the direct deposit method of payment is chosen we will hold your order for only 5 days before cancelling it. You may not be notified of the cancellation. If successive orders are placed and remain unpaid Aussie Candle Supplies reserves the right to refuse any future order and business dealings.

Orders placed for pickup will be held for 5 days. Order will not be packed unless you state a day of pickup allowing at least 24 hours. If orders are packed and subsequently cancelled or abandoned you may be charged a $10 restocking fee.
