Cosmetic Labelling Laws.

Australia has very strict labeling laws when it comes to labeling your cosmetics and soaps. Please familiarize yourself with all literature below if you intend to sell soap, lip balm or other body products. You will incur some very heavy fines if your body products are not labelled correctly.

An inaccurate list of ingredients, or a product without an ingredient list could see consumers with allergies exposed to harm.

(Please note: when listing essential or fragrance oils on your label, the wording 'fragrance oil' is the actual ingredient to be listed, not the breakdown of ingredients that go into the fragrance oil)
